Insulin Resistance + Fatty Liver Panel

Insulin resistance and NAFLD travel together — this panel quantifies both.

Why this panel

A fatty liver is the first organ-level sign of insulin resistance, and it is silent. Liver enzymes, the AST:ALT ratio and a FIB-4 fibrosis score show whether the liver is simply fatty or already scarring — which changes how aggressively you are treated.

Best for: Belly-dominant weight gain, family history of diabetes, known or grade-1 fatty liver on ultrasound

What a lab report can and cannot do.

All results are reviewed by licensed doctors registered with an Indian State Medical Council. A lab report is not a diagnosis and is not a substitute for a clinical consultation — values must be read alongside your history, medication and examination. Samples are collected by trained phlebotomists and processed at NABL-accredited partner laboratories. Panel parameter counts are indicative and may vary marginally by lab. Prices include collection and reporting; repeat or reflex tests are billed separately.
